Meet the Team

Felix Krivitsky - Trainer/Director

Felix is the IICRC instructor who has been approved to establish a school outside Northern America. He has over 25 years of both practical and theoretical experience in the Carpet and Upholstery Care Industry.

Felix has formal qualifications in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning, Carpet Repairs and Re-Installation, Water Damage Restoration, Odour Control, Carpet Colour Repair, Stain Removal and Carpet Dyeing. He has a Bachelor of Education Degree (UKR), has also completed specialised training in adult education and achieved a qualification in Workplace Training and Assessment. Felix is the recipient of the 2000 Australian Achiever Award for Excellence in Cleaning and Maintenance Services. He has been providing training in various aspects of carpet and upholstery maintenance since 1990. He is a contributor to trade publications and procedure manuals in various fields of the Carpet and Upholstery Care Industry.

Charlie Lodge - Trainer

Charlie has formal qualifications in Carpet cleaning, Odour control, Carpet repair and installation, Floor care technician, Upholstery and fabric cleaning, Water damage restoration and Colour repair. Charlie has also completed a specialized training in adult education and achieved a qualification in Workplace Training and Assessment.

Charlie is originally from an engineering background, and has over twenty years of practical experience in the industry. He is IICRC Master Cleaner and Regional Supervisor for New Zealand. Charlie is a founder member of the Carpet Cleaners Association of New Zealand and has been an active member on the executive committee since it was formed.

Charlie owns and manages a highly successful restoration company, By Day Carpet Care. They specialize in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, stain removal and spot dyeing, flood restoration, odour control, carpet and upholstery protection, and vertical blind cleaning. Charlie's wife Diane Lodge provides occasional support to the Jena Dyco Team.

Jenny Boymal - Training Manager/Director

Jenny is the Jena Dyco Managing Director and has been the face of the company since 2003 after taking over the family business, which was established in 1990 by her parents. Jenny has been involved in all aspects of the business and is now predominantly involved in overseeing business operations and business development of the company. Jenny tries to get out of the office to meet with new and existing customers, attend various industry events and industry suppliers. Jenny loves talking to carpet cleaning and restoration companies about their businesses and giving everyone priceless advise. Jenny sits on the committees of IICRC and NUCCRA. She is extremely dedicated to supporting the industry in becoming more professional. Outside of work Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband and son Eli. She loves going out to restaurants and seeing live shows.

Pavlina Adamek - Training Manager

Pavlina has been with Jena Dyco International since September 2009. She manages all aspects of training organisation, government fundings and office operations to ensure everything is running smoothly, which is a very challenging and rewarding job. It has been a great learning curve for Pavlina to get to know the industry, which was very new to her. She attended number of Jena Dyco courses, where she gained understanding of what each course covers to be able to respond to customers' enquiries. She enjoys coming to work every day as it is very motivating to be a part of growing business, which helps others to develop their companies. Pavlina is very passionate about training and believes that formal training is "a must" for every business. Pavlina came to Australia in early 2005 to pursue life with her partner. She mostly enjoys playing beach volleyball, spending time with her partner and golden retriever Boofy.

Lynette Das - Training Administrator

Lynette Das - Training Administrator

Lynette joined Jena Dyco in January 2011. Her main responsibilities lie in the area of customer service, course registrations, course materials organisation and all day to day tasks. Lynette looks forward to learning more about the cleaning and restoration industry and meeting customers during training. She mostly enjoys assisting customers with their training needs and really likes working with all the great computer systems and processes we have set up. In her spare time Lynette likes catching up with friends, going to movies, reading biographies and cooking.

Lucy Eldred - Training Administrator (Part Time)

Lucy joined the Jena Dyco team in 2008 as an office administrator. Her current role involves developing Jena Dyco.s meth lab clean-up project, including helping with the Remediation of Clandestine Lab Residues course, updating the meth lab clean up website and assisting in the organisation of events and conferences. With a thirst for knowledge, Lucy thoroughly enjoys working on the development project and is keen to talk to anyone about meth labs.

Lucy is currently working part time as she is completing her Honours year in Chinese Language. When she is not working or studying, Lucy can usually be found at home with a good book or out shopping for shoes.

Nicole Mangano - Training Administrator (Part Time)

Nicole is a full time university student and has been working part-time for Jena Dyco International since 2008 in the role of Office Administrator. Nicole is involved in the day to day tasks including customer liaison, course registrations, marketing, course materials organisation and many more. The most rewarding part of Nicole's role at Jena Dyco is speaking to all customers and hearing many different experiences about their businesses and how so many of them have expanded and become very successful over time. It is also very pleasing for Nicole to be a part of a team who is so devoted to providing quality training in the industry. Outside of work when Nicole is not studying, she enjoys lots of shopping and spending time with family and friends. Nicole also likes going to the beach in summer and watching football in the colder months.
