This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid response, life support, management of casualty(s), the incident and other first aiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance. This course was previously known as Senior First Aid, Workplace Level 2 or Level 2 qualification. This is the advised minimum requirement by Workplace Health & Safety Legislation for the workplace first aider.

This half-day seminar provides delegates with a broad perspective of the current state of clandestine drug labs and the remediation process in Australia. Presenters are drawn from the police, restoration, council, occupational hygiene, legal and insurance sectors in order to provide delegates with a better understanding of all points of view on the issue. The Mould Investigation Course is aimed at remediators who are already providing mould remediation services and want to gain a better understanding of how to assess a property for mould issues.

The first of its kind to be held in Australia, this course will teach restorers how to safely and appropriately decontaminate properties that have once housed clandestine methamphetamine laboratories, or 'meth labs'.
With a strong focus on Occupational Health and Safety and Personal Protective Equipment, this 2-day course will teach restorers about the risks that meth labs pose to the wider community, the different issues which may arise from the production of methamphetamine, the proper methods of remediation and will have a strong focus on hands-on learning.
