Description
The Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance - Cleaning Management, Nationally Recognised Qualification, has been developed specifically for the Carpet Cleaning and Restoration professionals who want to grow and develop their business skills.
The aim of the program is to help you to take control of your business. You will develop excellent marketing and presentation skills which will set your business above your competition. You will leave the training with documents, marketing materials and business plans which you can instantly implement into your business. The course has two components:
- Individual mentoring - You will attend 3 1-hour one-on-one sessions with an experienced business mentor. (Mentors previously ran, built and sold successful businesses and have specialised skills in assisting businesses to develop.)
- Classroom learning - You will attend 2 3-day sessions, where you will develop plans and strategies for growing your business. You will focus on topics including:
- business planning
- sales and marketing
- customer service
- HR
- quoting
- financial management
- OH&S
- presentation skills

CEC UNITS: After completion of Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Management), registered technicians will qualify to earn 2 CEC units
To complete Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance - Cleaning Management it is required to complete both sessions in order. Each session is scheduled a month apart and has a different focus, giving you a chance to address different aspects of running your business.
