Description
CERTIFICATE IV IN FRONTLINE MANAGEMENT
Is a nationally recognised qualification, which has been developed specifically for restoration professionals who supervise restoration jobs.
This qualification is facilitated by Nepean Industry Edge Training in conjunction with Jena Dyco.

Zoe has a successful track record of over 15 years in sales, training and client services and is now pursuing her passion to train others in the areas of business and Frontline management.
Dates:
You will attend 5 x 2 - day sessions. Each session has a different focus.
Session 1: 12-13 April 2012 (Thursday - Friday)
Session 2: 26-27 April 2012 (Thursday - Friday)
Session 3: 10-11 May 2012 (Thursday - Friday)
Session 4: 24-25 May 2012 (Thursday - Friday)
Session 5: 7-8 June 2012 (Thursday - Friday)
Note: Attendees have to attend all the sessions in order.
If you miss a session, you will not be able to complete the qualification.

Assessment:
You will be given assessment materials to work on in your own time so extra time will be needed away from class.
After Completion:
You will receive qualification certificate from Nepean Industry Edge Training after all assessment materials have been completed.
